The Emmaus program recommends belonging to what it calls "reunion groups" made up of persons who have already been on Walks and Flights and Journeys to be support for everyone in their fourth days.   However, there are other types of Christian accountability groups  which meet weekly and other ways of being held accountable such as groups that meet at church, in private homes, in schools etc and it is perfectly okay if you choose to belong to this type accountability group.

    THE IMPORTANT THING IS...  Please be part of an accountability group.
